USACi Street Beat Questions

Recommended Posts

USACi is the only organization in my area, so I have a few questions about it. Now, from my understanding, your equipment in SB is limited.

For SB1, you have 4 points. SB2, 8. SB3, 16. And SB4, 32.

A 8" woofer is 1 point, a 10" is two, a 12" is four, a 15" is 8, and an 18" is 16. Is this correct?

So, if I wanted to do a SB2 build, I could use 1 15, 2 12s, 4 10s, or 8 8s, right?

Also, how does Streetbeat work? Is it a average on music, a burp on tones?

Anyone have general advice on a Streetbeat build?

I apologize if these aren't good questions, and appreciate any help :)

Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks :)

Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

the numbers are right and yes its a 30 second average on music, now it also requires all equipment be behind the b pillar with the exception of your door speakers (none over 8in). as for tips it would really depend on the car being used.

Alright man, appreciate it. Does the music have to be on a published cd, or can it be something like Decaf or Big Pimpin?

used to be published cd's they just changed it this season so you have to use their cd, its the same song over with different versions for different tuning like say track one is 20-30hz track 2 would be 30-40hz etc etc. also a tip is the first 10-20sec i think on those tracks is a drop so start after the drop.

Will do, things are still being planned, looked at, and considered. Don't know what I want to do yet, but I have an idea lol. Just need to get funds together to get started.
