DC Audio XL 15

Recommended Posts

I'm going to be running the XL off a AQ1200d until I get my Sundown SAX 1200d back from DB-r... The box will be 4 cubes tuned to 32hz

Will the sub still perform well with so little power?

both amps are rated the same and both are under rated. although the sundown might put out a lil more than the aq it wont be audible imo. why not get a bigger amp for the xl? she can take more than 1200+rms.

I already own both amps. I'm going to send the sax1200 in for repair... When I get it back I'm going to sale or trade for a larger amp

Is the sub efficient? Still get loud on ~1200 watts?
