I called the number a second time and talked to a woman she was very helpful and even asked me what kind of amp it was. She told me it was not the Gard residence and they do not know who George Gard. The first time I called I asked for a Jason which is why he told me he has a son named Jeremy who also got his pioneer amp stolen. They have also never heard of J&J dogs. She was very cooperative and nice lady. My next shot is to try to find the serial number call the local police and give them the number "Jason" gave me. The number he gave me is 661-496-2255.

I'm going to contact the local police and find out if the business I sent my amp too is even open anymore.

I called the number he says he has a 16 year old son named Jeremy, not Jason. So this guy gave me a bad name, address and all. I have all bad information on this guy he probably used a pre paid phone to contact me.

According to his address he lives in Bakersfield, CA. If I still lived in Vegas I would drive out there to solve this problem myself.

I do not have the serial number of the amp. I was going to call Chris at db-r on Monday morning to see if he had the serial number written down somewhere. Thanks

Long story short he scammed me out of my Sundown Audio SAX 1200d. We made an agreement to trade my SAX 1200D for his US Amps MD2D. I sent my amp the next day and according to the tracking number it delivered to him on the 21'st keep in mind the first delivery attempt was made on Feb 3rd because I used priority mail. Bakedboy08 has not responded to any of my texts since Feb 12th and has not replied to any of my PM's on SSA since Feb 17th. If you know him or get contacted by him for a sale or trade STEER CLEAR!!!

Plug the gain knob up with it set on min... Set the gain on the amp 3/4 the way up, then turn the gain knob up until it starts flashing then back off until the light turns off. You can do this with the sub unplugged.

Is the sub efficient? Still get loud on ~1200 watts?

I already own both amps. I'm going to send the sax1200 in for repair... When I get it back I'm going to sale or trade for a larger amp

I'm going to be running the XL off a AQ1200d until I get my Sundown SAX 1200d back from DB-r... The box will be 4 cubes tuned to 32hz Will the sub still perform well with so little power?
