adam6604 Posted October 1, 2011 Report Share Posted October 1, 2011 changing your subwoofers ohm resistance doesnt hurt the subs what so ever, just changings the resistance on the amplifier, there fore changing the amount of power feeding to the subs.. also some amps are only 2 ohm stable, where others can go down to .25 etc,but 4 ohms, yea i'd says your pretty safe.. lol Driving my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 MEGA cab with the 5.7 hemi.
