manofthehour
Hey, I have a Scion xA that had a pioneer system that came with it from the manufacturer and I'm trying to wire up my new component speakers. Do I just use the pos and neg wires going to the speaker in the stock system to put into the inputs on the crossover? So I just leave the wires that went to the tweeter alone? Just want to double check... I don't know how cars wire systems with stock tweeters and speakers... More info: Both stock speaker and tweeter were 4 ohms and run straight to the head unit, no stock amps. (head unit obviously only puts out two wires for each speaker.) Just wanna make sure I didn't wire them down to 2 Ohms or something stupid, Thanks!
