Well, we are talking about a wall in a small cabin space, i would definitely try getting those 3 subs in there if you are gonna rebuild soon as you said, i would try something like 170SQ of port and 9 cubic feet with 39-41 hz tuning, that should get to a +50 hz peak and less rise, besides, less voltage drops, with that 3500 wired at 0.33 ohms you should get a good score without much problems if you ask me, what´s exactly your goal on the meter?

If i can gain 1.1 db ill be doin good. My only problem with 3 now is ill need a recone for the 3rd. I wasnt thinking. Ill be running 4 in my new build but their will be alot of time put into that im just trying to take a few days and try to make a new baffle and switch something up quick to try to gain a little bit before i rip the whole wall out and rebuild. What do you think would be best to gain A DB or two with just the 2?

Yeah i got you hommie, 2 subs it is then, i´m not that big of an expert about walls actually, but i did built a box for 2 bl 15´s on 4000 watts in a trunk without been sealed off or anything and it was doing a 149 @ 48 hz , that box was 6.5 c/f and about 115SQ of port with a 38 hz tuning. Since you want to only change baffles, i would definitely try bigger port and higher tuning, that should raise your score a lot since you were tuning to 35 hz before with a big ass box, also, PORT ON DRIVER´S SIDE THIS TIME!!!!
