JL isnt a bad company. they make fantastic products. but its not worth the insane markup that they put on every single product of theirs. Not sure how much the dc amp is though. I've ran multiple 1k - 1.5k watts rms in the past and small battery last 6 months without big3. Do the big 3, and look if you can put a bigger batt (biggest baddest) what you can place under the hood. If you have no bigger place I guess you this thread, Ram have a shitload of AGMbatt´s (and other modells than those) for a good price.
