JL isnt a bad company. they make fantastic products. but its not worth the insane markup that they put on every single product of theirs. Quote

Not sure how much the dc amp is though. My head unit is the only thing I've ever bought new so buying a brand new amp is gonna be big difference from the stuff I buy used Quote subwoofers - two eclipse 88120s box - 3.4 cubes tuned to 32 hz amps - aq1200 and pheonix gold zx450 New build : 2 obsidian audio 15s same amp 6.1 cubic foot box tuned to 32 hz in a civic hatch

I've ran multiple 1k - 1.5k watts rms in the past and small battery last 6 months without big3. Do the big 3, and look if you can put a bigger batt (biggest baddest) what you can place under the hood. If you have no bigger place I guess you this thread, Ram have a shitload of AGMbatt´s (and other modells than those) for a good price.
