DaJuice Posted October 28, 2011 Report Share Posted October 28, 2011 I just wanted to give my feedback. I sent my Sundown SAZ-1500d v2 into them last Wed 10/19 for warranty. They received it Friday 10/21. Gave me a status update the following Mon. 10/24 I guess it had bad output mosfets. Fixed and ship Wed 10/26 They had it fixed and sent back out within a week. Thats fast service. It's nice how they keep you updated through the warranty and repair process. I would defiantly recommend them for amp repairs. They work DC, Sundown, Stetsom, Incriminator and RD Audio.
