  1. Just need a few prices per: Subs XL 10 XL 15 with direct lead option Amp 9k 16502 - I have no dealer in the area. Please and thank you very much.
  2. If possible I need a price check on a recone for a m1 xl 18. Also the price of a m2 xl 15 and xl m2 18 16501, sorry forgot haha Please and thank you.
  3. haha thank you very much. I don't think I will ever have a set up that cant play 25hz daily. Feels too good and relieves too much stress.
  4. Glad to see another happy customer. Makes it a lot easier when recommending them to others.
  5. To run at 1 ohm, you will need 2 D1's. You could get 2 amps @ 2000 watts RMS now, usually 2000 watts will run you around 200$ so you could get right around your budget. From the givin options I'd go with the Audiopipe. They have been clamped in the past and will do rated. You will not havin the perfect electrical and after rise you arent going to see 3k all the time out of any amp here. Remember you get what you pay for. Do you intend on upgrading in the future? Most likely. Money was tight for me so I considered this when choosing. It's easy to just grab another 3k amp later, than havin to replace most of the set up. Plus buying a lot of 1/0 wire gets expensive.
  6. Big 3, and probably 2 big batteries if you dont want to get an alternator. You will be running around 3k just to the subs so you are gonna need it. Figure out what your alternator can do and go from there. You're on the verge of needing a bigger one though.
  7. Just gotta measure how much 0 gauge you need and buy terminals.
  8. That would suffice, just make sure you have the electrical to support it. May not get exactly 3k out of it but for your budget, it fits.
  9. Doesn't look good, check this link out. http://www.caraudio.com/forums/amplifiers/172580-official-powerbass-xa-3000-sucks-thread.html It's gonna be tough to find a true 3k watt RMS amp for under 400$. Audiopipe is probably the cheapest I would buy. Unless you look around and can find a good deal on a used one.
  10. haha yeah they would, or if you save up a little a Crescendo 3k would make you very happy, i believe they are around 550. That Audiopipe will work fine tho aslong as you wired it up correctly.
  11. They will love more clean power. I have mine running off a single AQ3500 at 1 ohm and am excited to give them more.
  12. Umm actually i am not. This isnt my first build with these XLs... Just making sure, take it easy bud, I wasnt being a smartass. Just wasn't sure why gain position was worth noting.
  13. I mean this in the best way possible. The gain is not a volume knob so what does this have to do with anything, unless you just turned it up. and its actually lower than where it needs to be. Chances are you're just going to clip the shit out of those subs if you just turn it up.
