DRCinc Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 alright, we needed a showroom door panel so i figured since i crashed my cavalier id take out the useless passanger door panel and we could rebuild it. i decided to put 2 Kicker comp 6" mids in it since they were sitting here. on to pictures, i have over 50 pictures to post so itll be broken up into around 5 or 6 posts so wait till i get to the finished product to leave comments please. all input is appreciated. seeing how i want everything to sit deadmau5ing it up!

Looks well done though, sorry, should've said that first. I'm planning a similar thing with mine, only one speaker per door. I just wanted to know about the covering, cause I think suede is a pain in the ass to cover the hard corners like that right? That's what I wanna finish in. That's what I wanna finish in. we did the suede on top to match the A-pillars we had done last week, and the bottom portion we used vinyl because that will come into contact with feet more often, plus we kind of wanted to show something to customers that can display some of the different textures we can use...and if you dont have a compressor and a glue gun..suede is a PITA
