nickers Posted January 30, 2012 Report Share Posted January 30, 2012 speaking as an installer of said remote start mounting a shock sensor (starter) on solid surfaces is gonna make the sensor ultrasentive, which may require tedius fine tuning. and also youre gonna want easy access to it for programming the bypass and troubleshooting wiring, and programming the starter with the bitwriter. headliner sounds like a good plan but a better solution would be up inside the top dash, i have mine mounted in behind my factory deck . yes i know factory deck .... gay.
