Twostrokeking
Get the biggest window visors you can get, and the baddest ass tape lol. I need to replace my tape, both my visors just flap like wings when my windows are down or open just a little Do you haul your bike around in the bed or do you have a trailer? I'd hate to put that thing in the back of that tall SOB. Haha its only been in the bed once. I usually only ride with my dad so it goes in the back of his. It is a huge pain in the ass to get it in the back of mine haha. And when I get visors im gonna get the in channel type. boom50cal
That's one of the few disadvantages of having a lifted truck, just ask sky high lol. I think it needs cab lights and a big ass forerunner style bumper, IMO. Your taste may differ On 1/4/2013 at 9:31 PM, HatersGonnaHate said: Wow. 184 posts and I think you're a fucking asshole. So i ordered the body filler. 1 gallon of it. bought a new interior door handle for the passenger side so people dont have to roll down the window to get out. and some leds... Twostrokeking
So I got kinda bored today and beings as I just got my first pay check I feel like I have all this money to blow on stupid shit.. But it looks good I decided to tint my tail lights, after going back and forth on whether or not I should I just decided to do it. Here is a little walk through on how I did it. Its turning out sooo good. Step 1. I pulled out my tail lights and wet sanded them down with 2000 grit in soapy water. I did this to promote the adhesion of the tint. Step 2. Wipe down the tails with rubbing alcohol. Making sure to get them really clean. Any wax or oils left on them can make it look bad. Here they are, wet sanded, and cleaned. I taped off my reverse lights just for fun. Thats up to you. I then went to autozone and got some Rustoleum lens tint. Thought I had clear at home but I didnt, so I went to the hardware store which is closer and all they sell is krylon. So krylon clear it is. I sprayed one good coat on each tail light. Make sure your coverage is even and you get the edges good. Let that dry for 20 mins and start clear coating, I did 4 coats of clear, Wait until the first one is tacky, Not dry, and apply the second one and so on. I wanted a nice thick glossy finish. Here they are, cleared, and dry. Forgot to take pics before clearing. Tomorrow when I get back from RIDING I will color sand them and make them into a mirror finish. More on that tomorrow. But so far I love them My Truck BuildSpending money on things I don't need, to impress others I don't know.At the end of the day for me its about the love of customizing anything and everything to limits or even past reasonable.-SkyHighCarAudio

Twostrokeking
Got some updates!! First, me and my dad went riding! Put a new interior door handle on the passenger side since my friend is a dumb ass. I finally got around to putting the exterior one on today also. What a pain in the ass, that seriously sucked. Opens like a new truck now. (truck is filthy, sorry) While I had the door panels off I switched the lights to White LEDs, they look great and bring a much more modern look. I also did the license plate lights. And just a few shots cause I was having fun. Grill looks green in the pic but its white like the doors. Lifted wagon is also coming along good. If we had a flat surface in the shop at school it would be even better but everyone has to weld on the damn tables. mounts are in the process of being made for the bottom of them thats why it looks weird. The bottom will be bolted.
