TheGreatJuice Posted November 15, 2011 Report Posted November 15, 2011 I've been on the fence about doing a box design because I'm unsure if I should use 3/4" MDF or would anyone recommend using 1"? I've seen those subs blow 155db on the drag so i was unsure if 3/4" could handle them

I was originally thinking of doing a 1" baffle with 3/4" everywhere else. I figured they wouldn't need much more bracing after the port, seeing they only need 2.0cubes per sub
