when I used to take it i would take it before and after....just depends on how much/hard your working out.

ya i believe so...if you havent already check out bodybuilding.com's forums. There is alot of useful info. I would just lurk over there all the time. Of course everything is going to be different for every person but you will get the general idea

You shrink thats for sure, but you don't lose all of your gain. You just lose the water weight that you soaked up (which is sometimes alot though)

Exactly, in high school I saw guys start creatine, get their bench up to like 200, get off creatine, and fall below what they even started at.
