Trapeze Posted November 22, 2011 Report Share Posted November 22, 2011 Hi, I'm French and I bought in America an old Rockford Fosgate Punch 600A4's amplifier, I plugged the speakers before without problems but when I have plugged the rear speakers there was a spark and amplifier was smoke, after unplug there are 4 transistors that are scorched (I haven't no more knowledge to test the others components), and the problem that no one can fix this in France, is there another model of transistor that could go, if not, can I remove all the transistors of the rear channels to have a two-channel without snaps into protection ?
