RPM needle jumps, and car vibrates

Ast issue I had similar to this was my brothers Silverado which was actually on a more severe level than what you are experiencing. His throttle body gasket had a huge leak. Something to look into, and good luck this time. Congrats on getting that electrical issue worked out

i had this issue a few times already the recent one was when i was waiting to put gas and the car was on on park the the rpm needle starts jumping or skipping back and forward and my 2005 jeep grand cherokee started shaking and since i have a flowmaster i notice the changes on the muffler too just like him i recently did a full tune up oil and oil filter air filter and i always pump shell plus and no sound system everything been disconnected can someone help
