toad559 Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 heres suggestion... its a 4x4 truck, off road. weld a inside roll gage like race cars. out of square or round 1 .5" tubing and brace the surrounding window frame to it. so find the weak point of the frame and secure some metal plate then weld it to the gage. so the gage will basically jus wrap along youa pillars, you can jus bolt it to your floor. depending on how you hve set up ur a pillars. if not then straight rock crawler roll gage Fresno, Cali 559

scooter99 Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 I was thinking along the same lines man. Why not make a bracket on the roof itself, cut through the roof liner, so it comes through. Then you have a place to bolt it to, or you can take it out for non competition times, and it then also bolts to the console. Or better yet, why not build a square tube frame that goes around the console behind the seats, bracket welded in the middle and the whole cage bolts to the floor.
