Through shipping some damage occurred and he replaced the damaged product out of his own pocket, after he spent his valuable time finding a replacement for what had broken. Not to mention it was an old product. If i can, will certainly buy from this guy again. Absolute pleasure to deal with and i couldn't be happier to start this thread for him.
