I am Poncho Posted December 10, 2011 Report Share Posted December 10, 2011 no but seriously easiest way to think of it. it links to your bank account or credit card(dont know if they still do that) and when you make a purchase it pulls from you account or if you get money you can keep it on paypal or deposite it from paypal to you banks account...
