I hear white noise in my speakers after installing a pioneer p4300dvd from my stolen kenwood 6140! Help!!

I have by kenwood dnx6140HU and infinity perfect 10 sub stolen out of my ridgeline. I upgraded to 2 jlw3 10's in a subthump sealed box and installed a avh-p4300dvd HU and I hear white noise at all volumes that increases with volume even with nothing playing. I am running monster rca cables and have boston SR65 & SR60 highs with Infinity 1600a & 475a amps. I was recommended by best buy installers to install a matrix 6 ch audio line filter but I was only getting 2v from the kenwood and now I am getting 4v from the pioneer. What should I do?

Make sure ground is touching bare metal.

Double check all of your wiring.

this has been a solution to many pioneer decks, just wrap a piece of wire around rca's to a screw on the back to ground them better

I finally got around to grounding the rca's like the pic above and no improvement... Any other ideas?
