That's as far as I know because a neighbor was recording us ride go-karts and shit saying we were tearing up property. Turns out they got on her ass for doing that. Don't know if that applys everywhere though. Well, its like its only illegal if the parents aren't consenting you to record or capture the image of the minors. Ex. My high-school hands out a paper each year for parents to sign or not to sign and its asking for permission for if the school had the times come in and take pictures or something like that it would be fine to put into a article. That's how it is near me. Not sure if its cause its a school or if that's actually how that is. But I know for sure there is some consent required.
