timma100
I have a SAZ-1500D v.1, for subs Iv got 2 SA-12 D4's with SA-12X cones. With wiring the set to 1ohm should I get another SAZ-1500D v.1 and strap them to the subs? It would put them to .5ohm each but I figure 4 XS 3400's would keep them safe. Or should I just get a bigger amp? like a SAZ-3500D? Thanks a lot for the info and I know it will be pushing a lot to the subs in either situation. DTS909
I don't think if you strap those amps it comes out to .5 ohm! I say the 3500 at 1 ohm. The load is split between the two AMP's, so a 1ohm total would be .5ohm for each amp.. Edited January 4, 2012 by timma100
