Beats audio Headphones...

Recommended Posts

I had a quick listen the other day.

They don't seem bad, but, they are a bit bassy, and as already mentioned, overhyped and overpriced.

I picked up a pair of kicker headphones which sounded somewhat better, too.

If I were to suggest anything, Skullcandy (heard good things, and they have mean designs, but never listened myself)

I myself am a fan of the IEM. I've got a pair of Shure SE-215 In-Ear monitors and they're brilliant. $98 too incl. shipping.

beats are like the j/l w7, or 21" jackhammer

as a headphone enthusiast ive listened to all of them and they suck :bull: studios are decent but still not worth it to me. but if you want to look cool and blend in with all of the other naive idiots go ahead :pardon:

looks into m50's, sennheiser, phiaton, or just go to head-fi.com :good:

I am actually not certain that they are knock offs. Beats are built in China, and I think this company sells stuff factory direct. So far the ones I have ordered have been matched the discriptions of the legit ones on youtube. I think they may have been B-stock items that they sell. They do NOT sell them as Beats but as High Quality headphones but when you recieve them they are beats branded.
