I did think about the plexi. Even went and got some price quotes and boy it was expesiive for one inch. From what I know and seen my homeboy has 3 runs of this in his escalade on a dc10k...lvl 5 18's and his voltage goes down to 13.1. Plus 30ft for 70 bucks isnt bad... Ordered a single 6.5 pyle speaker off of partsexpress to see if they will fit in the locations of my kicker speakers. They are a little bigger in diameter and thats why im on the fence because i only have one shot at grinding down my doors to make them fit. I have 12 door pods to modify If I mess up then im screwed big time and I dont wanna mess up my fiberglass doors.
