what ohm have you burped at?

Recommended Posts

i know id be quite a bit louder.. shittt..at . 8 strapped im 1.5db louder then i am at 1.5 strapped..

I doubt you would see more than a few tenths..... id try it once to see what it does... keep your idle up... I know at that impediance voltage is a big factor and clipping the amp will protect because of either...

At .8 on a burp (rolling into it) it was ok if i went slowish but if i went quick it would protect( mind you i only had 1 425a alt and 2 oddesy 2150s) But i think they way i had it wired was playing a huge factor.

Ill just have to wait for 2 more amps and have 4 4500s strapped at .7 a pair.. :)

.2 per amp is almost dead short.... really dangerous an I'm sure sundown won't warranty it if it pops ...I wouldn't do it unless your willing to pay to fix a amp... 50 50 chance it pops

Bet 'ya? :)
