The MM alt did work fantastic while I had it and was a champ until it died.

The DC Power alt worked better and only died because the mounting bolt came loose at the bottom, shifted the alt and wore the bearings out.

When I noticed this, I straightened it out and it still worked even being fucked until the bearings finally seized in it.
