Cynner Posted January 15, 2012 Report Posted January 15, 2012 Hi Guys, I had a protective plastic / vinyl type film put over the lid of my ute about 7 years ago. I'm wanting to remove it because the plastic has scratches etc in it. I'm having a really hard time removing it though, when it comes off it's very dry, and brittle. So it's only pulling off a few inches at a time and I have an entire lid to do. Which is 65% of the ute. Any suggestions for removing it? I've tried heating it up but it only sticks more.. I also CANNOT ruin the pain as the pain under is still in brand new order because it's been protected for 7 years. Cheers.
