I took the battery to All-Pak to have it replaced since it was still under warranty, and they looked at it and told me they would put my name on the battery and put it on a deep-cycle charge over the weekend and they'd call me back. I took it in on Friday, waited the weekend, and they never called me back. I called them Monday afternoon and they told me they have no record of my name anywhere, so essentially I got screwed out of a battery. To add insult to injury, I didn't get a chance to get the specifications on the battery so I could get a new one. Onto the question...
