jeffrm
I had a guy build me a box recently and was told he was really good at it, but I was very disipointed with it. I want to try and build my own box for my truck now. Ive got an 02 silverado ext cab, no back seat, 2 atomic quantum 15s( upgraded to be more like the apx), atomic 1600.1, and 2 kinetik 2400s. I would like to do a half wall, but if I could do a full wall with the 15s I could try that. Im not going for all out spl, im more for daily, so 36-40 hz is where id like to be. Any measurements/demensions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Quote 03 tahoe z71 4 death penalty 18s 2 ampere audio 3800s @ .5 each 18v 156.7 @ 35hz 158.5 @ 50hz

CleanSierra
Why would you do a wall unless you were wanting SPL? Half wall with 2 15's has my vote. Under the window line should be NO problem. You have the airspace for 2 18s if you truly wanted to. Those dims are 17ish cubes gross. jeffrm
[/img] under window is fine with me this is how much space i have to work with. batteries will stay where they are, and a stand will be made for the box Quote 03 tahoe z71 4 death penalty 18s 2 ampere audio 3800s @ .5 each 18v 156.7 @ 35hz 158.5 @ 50hz

Gabriel Ruiz
What didn't you like about the first box?
CleanSierra
So you don't truly have the full length of 60" available then without moving the batts. Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
jeffrm
it looked like he made it blindfolded, and wasnt braced at all and shook some screws loose from my subs. even broke a screw that was holding in one of the subs Quote 03 tahoe z71 4 death penalty 18s 2 ampere audio 3800s @ .5 each 18v 156.7 @ 35hz 158.5 @ 50hz
