Box design for 4 10's

Thanks for the luck. And the angles are 100 in the middle divided into two 50s and 40 on the sides right.

Right but the cuts to the baffles are both 50 deg let me explain briefly:

90 - 40 = 50 deg , 100/2 = 50 deg

So both cuts are identical.

that confused me. the cuts that make the middle of the 'V' are 50 degrees each and the ends that mount to the side of the box are 40 degrees right? so i have will have two baffles that have one side with a 40 degree and one with a a 50 degree angle correct?

Each baffle goes towards the center in a 40 deg angle as I stated before BUT since they assemble to the sidewalls the cut is 90-40 = 50 deg, in the center the angle between the baffles is 100 deg so 50 + 50 = 100 deg, both cuts are parallel and both are 50 deg.

Right, ask all the questions you need so everything goes smoothly, also the best way to determine the baffle that needs to be cut is cutting the bottom and drawing on it, back wall side walls and baffles, you can pick up from there the REAL dims of the baffles

Picking up MDF tomorrow morning and hoping to get the sides and back mounted to the bottom. Will have pics tomorrow afternoon.

Well i got the MDF picked up in my dad's trailer. and yes ,he works for snapon as a manager. so i went and got a sheet of MDF and the guy at Home Depot got all my cuts out of one sheet. And i got some titebond wood glue. and i had some deck screws laying around so i used those. Today i got the back and sides done. glued and screwed and surprisingly no splits. not bad for my first box. i work tomorrow so friday i plan on getting the baffles mounted and the top put on. then saturday comes putting the box in and getting it wired up. so here is what i did today.
