rgriffin83
I had my fi btl installed by a car audio shop but am not sure if its done correctly and would like some help on the subject. I have 1 15" 2 OHM DVC FI BTL and a audioque 2200d mono block class D 1 ohm stable amp, the way they hooked it up kinda doesnt look right to me. They had 4 single wires running, 1 from each + and - terminal and both +s to one spot on the and and both -s to the other.. nothing running from coil to coil or anything like that. this is a parallel setup right? Should it be like this? Should the sub be wired down to 1 ohm on the amp, stay at 2 or up to 4? Please help because it doesnt sound as loud as it should. 1 15" FI BTL N2 AQ2200d Big 3 Pioneer head unit kinetik 1200 (under the hood) kinetik 2400 (dedicated to the sub) Mids and highs coming soon!
