Brian2435 Posted February 15, 2012 Report Posted February 15, 2012 I just got a sub (pyramid pw1811ous -x) for kicks, I'm not intending any spl setup for this sub but I want to make an enclosure just to see how it sounds. But since pyramid is such a cool company, they didn't give the specs for an enclosure. So, is there any way to calculate the needed enclosure size using the vas or something?

My temp system build log More box buildssome cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches! I'm with captain stupid.

But ya I'll probably end up doing something like that. Thanks a lot What would you recommend as a sealed box?
