And just so you know, get out of the mindset that 12s or 15s hit "lower" that 10s or 8s. 8s and 10s can get down into the low frequencies just fine.

i agree with the 2 10's idea. more cone area, more motor force.

some cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches!

thanks lol so 2 lvl 3 10's.... if i was to go with a dc amp which one would you suggest to get the most out of them

I'd personally do the 2k and make sure the gains are set with DD-1 or O-scope to ensure no clipped signals make it to the subs. Not sure of you know what clipped is, but it can be explained if you don't know.

yea i have a little experience in car audio lol just learning about all these other companies that arent mainstream... where im from all people know about are like rockford, kicker, alpine, memphis, and stuff like that.

Kranny, the new Level 3s will handle more than the previous models which could take 600WRMS. The ones, I believe are rated at 800W-ish. In real world conditions with box rise and such, the 2K won't be giving a full 2K and the subs can handle clean power I'm sure.

unless you wanna go way up in power, i'd stick with the level 3's on the 2k

should get pretty damn loud in a single cab.
