m.doza
hey i was wondering how hard is it to install a remote start/alarm in a 2000 accord? Myself iam decent with car electronics(installed monitors, amps, seat heaters, etc.) based on what ive installed does this sound like something that i could do, or would i be better off having a shop do it? thanks
BEEMDUB
it can be very tricky you'll have to be very comfortable with tapping into your ignition and starter leads as well as door locks, as well as other wires that are going to be hiddin deep in harnesses and what not.. 863JOE
Have it professionally installed. Unless you're a GOOD installer/MECP certified/ ETC, you should buy an alarm that comes with install included in the price (DEI products). If you screw your car up, it's on you. If an installer screws up your car, it's on them.
