So my friend took his viper alarm out if his truck (350hv I believe ) and the truck won't start now or turn over even if we jumpstart it. While he was taking it out he cut what looked like a 3 wire ground from the cab of the truck but taped it back together. Just wondering if its because the alarm got taken out or if that ground fucked it up?

I'm guessing you tried jumping it? Any luck with that? Is the THEFT light blinking or alarm going off when the ignition is turned? Did you test the battery?

What kinda truck? (make model)

Check your connection at the positive terminal. My buddy had a similar problem but we installed an amp in his 01 F150 and there is a stupid plastic piece that wraps underneath the positive terminal and was causing a very bad connection. Not sure if the 06 has one but check it and check your connections, that was our mistake.

It most likely had a started kill built into the alarm. The way it works is you cut the wire in half connecting one of the wires to the key side of the wire and then it works with a relay to complete the circuit on the starter side of the wire.
