Aaron Tuck TBA
So step father runs a tight budget when it comes to stereo equipment. But he loves how it turned out and thats all that matters. Honestly a lot louder then I expected. He's and Design Engineer so he had to use AutoCAD Cutting off a full sheet. sorry i really didnt take too many pictures i only had roughly 12 hours to finish it (including paint drying time). I was moving away. Used some caulking he had around. You can kinda see the port edge rounded. All cuts done with Skill saw, Jig saw and all hand sanded. Flush mount mostly for looks. Port painted. Wood filler to smooth things out. All smooth and painted. Cheap $60 Pioneer 10 In the trunk. When I got to the car he was using his old bass tube(sounded decent still) and these crazy 6x9 things. He bought one of those Pioneer stereo kits that have a deck 6 1/2s and 6x9s. He did the deck and door speakers but asked me to do something with the rear deck. So i did a "more" flush look. In my opinion looks tons better. I did remove the bass tube just didnt get a picture. He had an old Rockford zx series amp (I think thats what it was called) that he got for free that he wanted to use but it ended up not working. So he bought a $55 Dual 150watt amp from Walmart and i was impressed with the whole build. The Total cost of the build including box supplies was $260. Sounds great and gets pretty low. The box is 1ft^3 after dis. tuned to 38hz. Thanks for looking just wanted to put myself into the community.
