DASH Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 How many battery i need to produce 2600 watt purely , i have mechman 200amp 1 optima 55/ah front battery and rear stick battery re xxx 18 into 1-ohm hifonics 2600 wattage how i can figure out how much battery i need to produce the full power of my sub , how much ampere hour i need or if there is any simple calculate to tell
getlocivic Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 id do 200 amp hr worth of battery bank should never have a issue running the hifonics unless you dont really have the 200 amp mechman

getlocivic Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 sure i have it no doubt , but are you guessing that number i want to know how to calculate it . xs power website has a wattage guide.. and no im not guessing i know electrical well and i dont guess a 200amp alty and 200ah worth of battery bank will EASILY supply that hifonics i have a 200amp alty also and the batteries in my sig and i can run my memphis 2500 at 1/2ohm nominal and stay in the mid 13v range full tilt
