Help Identifying Amp

I have no idea who made this thing, i've searched google and can't find any pictures that match it either. As i made this post i will be leaving to go to a family dinner for easter so i will be back later on this afternoon to answer questions

only thing I could find was a white model with same markings..just different model...also saw that some of their amps were made by PPI...but it didnt confirm which models may have been PPI amps

im just gonna go ahead and take a stab at the A475. 4 channel 75w per channel

edit: its weird how that one terminal block with the 3 screw downs has a common ground. board says R+ COM L+

I figured 4X75 too but it's louder on the rears than the fronts, i need to clamp it and verify it. it's pretty big for a 4X75.
