Jared420
Figured I would start a build log instead of posting more update pics to my thread in the off topic section. Vehicle: 2012 silverado LTZ white with black leather interior. 5.3L v8 extras so far (in order): -24'' KMC surge rims with Nankang tires -Westin black 4'' oval running boards -Window tint 20% over stock on all rear windows and windsheild strip 24% front windows - black bowtie emblems for the grille and tailgate -stripped off the Z71 stickers and stickers from rear tailgate - egr bug deflector -erg inchannel rainguards -k&n cool air intake 63 series Plans for the next few months:(pics will be added as i finish projects) -dual stainless steel magnaflow exhaust with 5" black tips and for the AUDIO build is done for now - pioneer appradio doubledin touchscreen with nav and iphone apps -3 DC audio level 3 10s -Audioque 2200 - Yellowtop added under the hood in my spare battery spot, dual alternator bracket with my Iraggi 240a for the yellowtop for the bass amp. . The truck has the Bose system so I am not plannin on changing that in the forseeable future. I am not going crazy with bass so the 10 speaker bose setup should keep up alright. That all being said I hope to add in a few more goodies here and there, Next years plans are to get some blacked out head and taillights hopefully HIDs .That is unless of course I finish the first list early and cant wait til next year then I will keep going this summer. Rev. Wrath
Sharp looking truck. Those rims really set it off!! Just out of curiosity, how do you plan to fit 3 10s under the rear seat? I barely had enough room for 2 8s and an amp under my seat (2008 ext cab).
Jared420
Sharp looking truck. Those rims really set it off!! Just out of curiosity, how do you plan to fit 3 10s under the rear seat? I barely had enough room for 2 8s and an amp under my seat (2008 ext cab). Thanks man. I plan to have 2 10s downfiring under the seat, I will be raising the seat 3/4-1'' with spacers to gain a little bit and the third sub will be downfiring over the center bump in the floorbehind the center console. the whole box will be connected so all subs will share airspace to get as much as i can. havent drawn it up yet but have played with the subs a little back there positioning them and what I just mentioned seems to be about the only way it will work. I want to comfortably be able to seat 2 in the back and these 10s dont need much airspace sealed .65. even if i end up with slightly less than ideal airspace i am overpowering the subs a little bit. It should do alright im not trying to get real loud. I had a similair setup in my 06 prefab downfire and then made a crappy box for the third sub but the airspace was a little bit bigger in the third box than each chamber of the prefab and it sounded real good and clean. So if everythings equal and box quality is better it should sound pretty good 2012 silverado ext cab ltz 24" kmc rims AudioQue 2200 Pioneer AppRadio Alpine mrx f35 4 channel Bose mids and highs Iraggi Alt + stock alt in a DC power dual alternator kit Yellowtop+stock under hood 0 gauge Knu wire Big 3 4 gauge stinger (4 chan wiring) 3 DC 10'' LVL3 with LVL4 parts
Jared420
Got the rainguards and bug deflector on now, I will get pics of those up tomorrow, the bug deflector makes the front end look a lot better. The rainguards don't change the look much they are pretty sleek I got the in channels so they are pretty low profile. I like them. 2012 silverado ext cab ltz 24" kmc rims AudioQue 2200 Pioneer AppRadio Alpine mrx f35 4 channel Bose mids and highs Iraggi Alt + stock alt in a DC power dual alternator kit Yellowtop+stock under hood 0 gauge Knu wire Big 3 4 gauge stinger (4 chan wiring) 3 DC 10'' LVL3 with LVL4 parts
iceman1575
Tuned in for sure. Shame you already have the 10's, but if you lift the seats up a bit you could probably fit 4 10's. Would be interesting to say the least. POTATO!

Would be interesting to say the least. Actually raised the seat today to take measurements I got just over 3/4" higher. 4 10s would not fit, the floor sucks in this truck weird shape and bump takes away a lot of space 2 will be a challenge. My third sub will be behind my center console on the floor it won't be under the seat. But yeah if I didn't have the 10s I would probably have tried 4 8s 2012 silverado ext cab ltz 24" kmc rims AudioQue 2200 Pioneer AppRadio Alpine mrx f35 4 channel Bose mids and highs Iraggi Alt + stock alt in a DC power dual alternator kit Yellowtop+stock under hood 0 gauge Knu wire Big 3 4 gauge stinger (4 chan wiring) 3 DC 10'' LVL3 with LVL4 parts

Jared420
box will be a little slower. Hoping to get the power and ground run this week sometime. after those are run the amp will be hooked up and I will just be waiting on the box. the box will take a few weeks to find the time to work on it. I have MBDBlue helping me out with the box. 2012 silverado ext cab ltz 24" kmc rims AudioQue 2200 Pioneer AppRadio Alpine mrx f35 4 channel Bose mids and highs Iraggi Alt + stock alt in a DC power dual alternator kit Yellowtop+stock under hood 0 gauge Knu wire Big 3 4 gauge stinger (4 chan wiring) 3 DC 10'' LVL3 with LVL4 parts
