rounding off the center box part. attempting to make it look like the center console up front all rounded. Its taking a pretty nice shape. and accept for a few small filler pieces were ready to do the fiberglass floor part. once its glassed all it will need is some finishing touches, smooth over all the corners and edges, may glass most of the inside seams for added strength then the box should be ready for carpet.

Looks so good! How did u find all those angles? And what is the blue taped off thing? Will this be ported? What subs? Looks sick!

the tape was to figure out where to start rounding the edges and where to go to. the subs are the subs in my sig 3 dc level 3 10s with level 4 upgrades. and no this will be all sealed up not enough airspace to work with to make it ported.

U think sealed will still get super loud? My uncle had 2 12s sealed in his 96 like mine and his was way louder then mine.

We got the angles with cardboard and nah I don't think it will get that loud. It'll sound good. I had this same setup but with crappier boxes in my 06 gets loud enough for me now. It sounds good real clean. It gets just loud enough to be easily louder than all the high school kids around here that have 2 best buy 12s and think they slam. But thanks man. It looks pretty decent so far. Everything will be rounded and smooth so when it's carpeted it matches my interior. Everything in my interior is rounded off so trying to stay away from sharp edges on the box, at least the edges that will be visible. Plus the carpet should help smooth things out.

It's def tough working all these weird angles and edges this is gonna be a very custom box. Each side of the floor is different. Either sides of the middle bump have a completely different floor shape. It's pretty tough trying to make this just one box but fit 3 subs and go from under the seats out into a middle console type deal for the third sub.

Hopefully the box will be done next weekend should have pics of the fiberglass bottom tomorrow.

got the fiberglassing done today. its shaping up pretty good this is my firrst time glassing but it came out real strong and its all sealed up pretty good. next weekend should be able to finish up with the top of the box round over all the corners and carpet.

all taped up ready to go as you can see the shape of the floor is pretty messed up and it was def tough to work with.

just need to cut and grind the extra fiberglass off, the top of the box is already cut and ready to go. next weekend will hopefully go smoooth and maybe the subs will be in and playing.

my carpeting skills might be lacking a bit but hopefully if we just take our time and think about it, itll come out pretty goood. I ordered the closest shade of gray i could find to match my interior carpet once its in there wrapped up it should blend in pretty well.
