Clifford Matrix +1 annoying beeping when door's open

I got this alarm, Clifford Matrix+1, installed a few months ago and whenever i open up my driver door it starts beeping... nonstop, until i close it. This gets very annoying after awhile.

Is there any way to disable the beeping?

Any feedback would be helpful.

Disconnect door trigger or dome supervision, whichever you have tagged.
