Bump4life Posted April 15, 2012 Report Share Posted April 15, 2012 you want the same amount of negative runs as the number of positive runs. and if you use OFC it sounds like enough runs. cause lets just say about 100 Amps per 1000 rms. so 550Amps max draw lets say 600 Amps to be safe. each OFC run can supply around 250 amp sto be safe. so you should be good. I was going to run two powers back but im un-sure what to do with the grounds.. The 350 amp alt is going to be a separate system from the stock electrical so do i run two grounds back also? would i ground them to motor block? stock 12 volt batt?
