How long it takes to harden depends on how much hardener you add, plus the outside temp. If its hot out, it takes less hardener(really its a catalyst to be more specific). If its cold out, more MEK, or MEKP must be added to speed up the chemical reaction. I have a chart somewhere in my garage for suggested amounts to add for how much resin, and how much hardener. It's in CCs for volume and I use a plastic syringe to measure mine out. Look online to see if you can find a chart for suggestions on amounts of MEKP per outside temperature.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Whatever you decide, I'm sure it'll be just fine. If you may be removing the ox every now and then, make the covering something durable. I've got an enclosure that I haven't finished yet cause its too damn hot. I plan on painting it after all the work I've put into it.

I feel ya dude, I'm in Phoenix! It's pretty comparable I'd say. I just built a box in the heat a week or two ago too! It's just a fun box with a single 10" isobaric set up. Im working on mine today despite it already being 91 at 8:30....
