Tang Band

So I am planning to build some plates to replace the 4x6 in my dash and am looking for a 3-4" mid.

So far I am considering Boston Acoustics or Hertz.

In my free time, I search all the retailers and have come across Tang Band on Parts Express.

They are kinda cheap in price but have no idea on quality.

Also, they look to be shielded magnets so Im thinking computer or home AV speakers in large quantities.

I will do more research but any input would be appreciated.
