is it better to have 1 run of pos and one run of neg or 2 pos and just grounding to chassis?

car is a 2005 nissan altima.

running about 3500 watts rms.

240 a singer alt

2 shruiken bt-60 batteries

stock battery up front.

Do one pos and ground to chassis. Check to see if you have any voltage drop issues but I think it should be good. Doing more runs will increase the voltage slightly.
