skaraudio Posted April 26, 2012 Report Posted April 26, 2012 Check the settings on your amplifier - could be causing the heat build up. As others have said - the subwoofer can possibly get hot after normal use on full tilt, but should not be hot enough to where you are getting a distinct bad "smell" or if you touch it is so hot it will burn you - that is not good.
