Dbattise
Need help with a box design for 2 Rockford fosgate p3 12s powered by a hifonics 1000
Crandis16
Have you tried the torres box calculaltor? I know the p3 12 suggests about 1.75ft^3 volume so aim for that. Then adjust the port dimenstions to get the frequency that is desired. Quote My Red zx2 Build Log My Black zx2 Build Log My Red zx2 UBL

Crandis16
There's a lot of calculations that go into tuning the box to a certain frequency with a given volume, so i really suggest getting the chance or finding a friend to download the torres calculator. It's easy, you put in the overall dimensions of the box, then you change the cross-sectional area and length of the port. I'm still working on designing my box and I'm actually getting help from another car audio buddy. From what I hear, it's the best calculator out there so far.
