Zuppy Posted April 29, 2012 Report Posted April 29, 2012 Hey guys, well basically I have one of those Limo batteries under my hood. Does a bit over 100aH but when I turn my volume over 20 the battery starts dipping to 12s. I went ahead and bought an XP3000 and want to wire it. I've read that if the 2 batteries are different I need an Isolator, is that true? Or should I just run a 0 gauge with 3 fuses along the way? (1 near main, 1 near secondary and 1 between and and secondary) Thanks! (EDIT: BTW I have upgraded my ult to a 180amp)

Zuppy Posted May 4, 2012 Author Report Posted May 4, 2012 I have but the problem is that some say use an isolator and some say use 1/0 gauge with fuses all along so this is where i dont know since i have a agm in the back and a regular in the front
