herbykw Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 I've used seafoam in the brake booster and gas tank. You only need to change your oil if you add it to your oil (as far as I know). I use it on all my cars. Even if it doesn't do anything the cloud of smoke makes it seem like it. Lol. iceman1575 Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 My friend tried it on his older 2500HD, seemed to help a little bit...I thought about trying it on my 1500 when I go to change plugs & the oil, just to make sure everything gets cleaned out & runs like new.
